Mackerel is a semi-fat fish, with firm and tasty flesh. It has black, blue, green, and silver tiger stripes running all along the top and down the sides. It is very rich in Omega 3 as all blue fishes (tuna, sardine,…). Mackerel is a delicious nutritious fish, with intense creamy meat packed with omega-3 fatty acids. It can be cooked in many ways, with sauces, stuffed, grilled, en papillote, etc.

Each fish weights between 200g and 300g.

One fish will be enough as a starter for 1 but you will need 3 pieces for a main course for 2 people.
