Sword Fish Roe in Olive Oil

A novel and very special product, swordfish roe are very similar to tuna roe, but with a stronger flavour.
The roe, that can reach 3kg in weight, is sliced and double-boiled before being canned with olive oil.

It is recommended to consume the roe by itself, tossed on salads or with some aioli sauce. It is excellent as well to cook fried rice, the roe will pop in your mouth.
