Composed with the best from the sea, you will enjoy top quality shellfish, crustaceans and the cream of the crop of the oysters.

Please note that this seafood platter can be exclusively be delivered/picked up on Tuesday December 23rd or Tuesday December 30th  and the platter composition can’t be modified.

The Fisherman seafood platter for 2 people will include the following items:

  •  12 PRAT-AR-COUM Oysters N°3 – Creuse Fine or Creuse Speciale *
  • 250g of clams (Palourdes) – LIVE
  • 250 of whelks (Bulots) – COOKED
  • 250 g of winkles (Bigorneaux) – COOKED
  • 1 Kg of Langoustines size 8/12- FROZEN **
  • 1 Oyster Knife
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 hand-protection to open the oysters

 

The Fisherman seafood platter for 4 people will include the following items:

  •  25 PRAT-AR-COUM Oysters N°3 – Creuse Fine or Creuse Speciale *
  • 500g of clams (Palourdes) – LIVE
  • 500 of whelks (Bulots) – COOKED
  • 500 g of winkles (Bigorneaux) – COOKED
  • 2 Kg of Langoustines size 8/12- FROZEN **
  • 1 Oyster Knife
  • 2 Lemons
  • 1 hand-protection to open the oysters

 

*The oysters are proposed closed. We don’t propose any service to open them.

**For freshness and logistic reasons, we have decided not to propose the fresh langoustines for the seafood platter to avoid quality loss but you will enjoy those premium frozen langoustines from Denmark. The langoustines have to be cooked by yourself.

*** We don’t provide the platter itself. Your platter will be presented in a foam box what will let you the opportunity to display as you want after having cooked the previous items. The photo is just for reference.
