Pan-fried John Dory with Raw Fermented Mustard Caviar

For 2 people


                                                                     1 shallot                                                         Salt

                                                                     Olive oil                                                         1 portion (2 fillets) of John Dory

                                                                     Food Craft Raw Fermented Mustard Caviar



  1. Heat up the olive oil in a pan, on low-medium heat
  2. Add the chopped shallot
  3. Season the fish with salt and add the fillets to the pan, skin down
  4. Cook for 2 minutes, pressing the fish down so that it doesn’t curl
  5. Flip the fish and cook for another two minutes
  6. Add about two tablespoons of mustard caviar on each fillet
  7. Serve with a side salad with a lemon olive oil and mustard caviar dressing
