- 1 kg of Cooked Winkles “Bigorneaux”: Chilled, to be eaten with toothpicks
- 1kg of Cooked Black Tiger Shrimps “Crevettes roses”: Frozen
- 1 kg of Snow Crab Claws “Pinces de crabe” already peeled: Frozen
- 1 kg of Cloudy Bay Diamond Clams “Grosses Amandes”: Blanched & Chilled, to be opened with an oyster knife
- 3 pcs half cut (around 1 kg) Cooked Canadian Lobster “Homard canadien”: Frozen, you will need a seafood cracker or nut cracker
Included in the package: 3 lemons, one jar of mayonnaise, wooden forks, toothpicks for winkles, 2 oyster knifes to open diamond clams.
Don’t forget the seafood cracker for lobster. All of our products are best eaten with lemon or mayonnaise but feel free to be creative and to create your own sauce.

Delivery to Central Ferry Pier is only available on Saturday and week days. If your junk is on Sunday, we can deliver the day before on Saturday to your address.
* You can prepare the cooked octopus tentacles in a salad. Simply cut it into dices and marinate it with lemon juice, olive oil, garlic cloves finely minced and minced flat-leaf parsley.
