Pan-fried John Dory with Raw Fermented Mustard Caviar
For 2 people
Ingredients:
1 shallot Salt
Olive oil 1 portion (2 fillets) of John Dory
Food Craft Raw Fermented Mustard Caviar
Directions:
- Heat up the olive oil in a pan, on low-medium heat
- Add the chopped shallot
- Season the fish with salt and add the fillets to the pan, skin down
- Cook for 2 minutes, pressing the fish down so that it doesn’t curl
- Flip the fish and cook for another two minutes
- Add about two tablespoons of mustard caviar on each fillet
- Serve with a side salad with a lemon olive oil and mustard caviar dressing
