<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Lemon sole is a type of flatfish. It has a distinctive oval, flattened shape and a light brown on the upper side, which gives it the appearance of a lemon. The lemon sole has very soft but deliciously flavored flesh. </span></p>
<p><strong>One fish of about 500g will be enough as a starter for 2 and a main course for 1.</strong></p>
