Nutrition

Wild skate wing is an excellent source of lean, high-quality protein, with over 20 grams per 3.5 ounce serving to support muscle growth and maintenance. These wings are rich in the essential omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, which provide anti-inflammatory benefits and promote heart and brain health. Skate wing is particularly high in vitamin A, an important nutrient for immune function, skin health, and vision. It also contains significant amounts of important minerals like magnesium, potassium, and selenium, which play crucial roles in metabolism, nerve function, and antioxidant protection.
