Monkfish liver has a delicate fragrance and melting texture and is simply embellished with fleur de sel and white pepper. Soft, and creamy, monkfish liver is often compared to foe gras.
Suggestion: Take the jar out of the refrigerator 15 minutes prior to using. Serve on a buttered toast with a little bit of pepper and lemon zest.
