It is very rich in Omega 3 as all the blue fishes (tuna, sardine,…). Mackerel is a delicious nutritious fish, with intense creamy meat packed with omega-3 fatty acids. It can be cooked in many ways, with sauces, stuffed, grilled, en papillotte, etc.
Each fish weights between 200g and 300g.
